Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My mobile does not charge by the c port, I tried with other cables, but it is still not working, also mouse is not recognized by the USB port on the left side, it is only recognized by the USB port on the right side. Even a pen drive is not recognized by the USB port on the left side but a USB type-A to type-C is recognized by the port on the left side. I checked with other laptops, on other laptops my phone charges from all of the ports. Also on shutting down, the power button light does not turn off and the music still keeps playing and fan keep running even though I have disable the fan always on option.
My laptop is Victus 15 2022 i7 12th gen 3050ti
