Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The link in the Care Pack email sent to me after a purchase of a new laptop with 3 year Care Pack does not work. Nor do any searches for on the laptop serial number or the Care Pack certificate number. So what do I do now to activate the care pack?

I wish we could help you on this but we here are unable to assist you in this issue.


We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.


We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repairs and Service Centers, sales, or warranty. Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.
