While my printer will print pages from files on my PC and will scan and copy to paper, it will not print to file. The PC and Printer are connected by USB but there is a WiFi facility on the printer. How can I get documents/photos etc scanned by the printer and saved to pdf/jpeg files?

Thank you for replying.

The problem has been resolved by creating a new profile and reloading the drivers. In the meantime also downloading all the MS Windows updates ignored since October 2025 by extending the Windows licence to October 2026.

I am now able to scan to the PC!
