Microsoft Windows 11

I am running an older HP Pro Desk 600 G2 SFF with Win 11 pro.  I get a Device security message during my regular Windows updates indicating I need an updated secure boot certificate.  Apparently this is a BIOS update and the HP support site doesn't show my PC with Windows 11 ( I updated my PC from Windows 10 to 11 later).

Does anyone have a solution to this issue?  It seems I need an updated BIOS version for my PC which I can't get from the HP support site.  Is there another way I can get this update for my PC running Windows 11?

Unfortunately, your PC will not be getting a BIOS update to install the 2023 secure boot certificates.

The info at the link below shows which PCs will get BIOS updates for the 2023 secure boot certificates.

Your PC was manufactured prior to 2019 (or 2018 for that matter), and it does not officially support W11.

If you are running W11 25H2 and is up to date with all the security updates and whatnot, did Windows update automatically download the W11 26H2 enablement package?

Last year, it was available on the Microsoft update catalog website, but this year it isn't.

I was wondering if Microsoft has relented and now allows W11-unsupported PC's to automatically get the update now.

If you didn't get the W11 26H2 feature update automatically, you can run the W11 26H2 feature update file I attached below.

Before you can install the enablement package (KB5121794), the device must have the Windows 11 update KB5120998 26200.9278 already installed.

That update came out during the last week of August.

Unzip and run the file, you will have to restart the PC, and within a few minutes your PC will be updated to 26H2.

I've been running W11 26H2 on all of my unsupported W11 PCs since August 28th by using the attached file.
