Problem With the Omen Command Center Setup

I downloaded the Omen command center off of the windows app store, and when I start it up it prompts me to update. After it finished it then brings up a screen that asks if im ready to proceed to the Bios update in which it restarts my computer and does nothing, only to bring up the same Proceed to update tab.

Hi, you click the pop up message link to update drivers again. and if not works, please run Windows update to update to date.
