Problem veryifying my veteran military status

I am trying to verify my military veteran status through ID.me from the sales pages. It links through, ID.me says it sent the info to the HP page and then sends me back. The HP page says "oops, another page was in session" and fails to record the information.  Anyone else had that happen? What was the solution?
