Hi would appreciate any help to resolve this issue. Have intalled all the drivers in the support section but this persists.

Did you install service pack 3 yet?

I'm not sure why the problem is happening.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try this file version of the Intel chipset driver.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

 

Is the PC named in the device manager (Under the Computer device manager category) as an ACPI Multiprocessor PC?

 

The only thing I can guess is that somehow XP did not configure the computer correctly during the installation process.
