Product Key section and enter the first letter N , the system advises that N is not a key number?

My new HP computer will not allow me to upload my (M/S Home and Office Student 2010, military appreciation (word) program into the PC).  When I get to the Product Key section and enter the first letter ( N ), the system advises that "N is not a key number" and then refuses to go forward.   I presently use the program in the computer I am replacing and wish to load it into this new HP computer.

Hi:

I recommend that you get a magnifying glass and take another look at the product key.

It is very easy to make a mistake believing you are typing in the right character.
