OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0046na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I've also been experiencing issues to OMEN Gaming Hub profile auto-switch.

The OMEN Gaming Hub won't change profile automatically when I run the Microsoft Flight Simulator. The profile change was working perfectly, until recently an update in both the MSFS and OMEN Gaming Hub was installed. In fact I noticed that every time one of them has an update, the profile switch fails and I have to reconfigure it in order to work.

I've have tried many ways to make it work, such as, reinstalling the OMEN Gaming Hub and the OMEN Studio, recreating profiles. Occasionally it functions properly, but fails again when the computer is restarted or the app is ended in the Task Manager.

I observed when the OMEN Gaming Hub runs just after being stalled, it finds the MSFS.exe through tis scan. However if I delete the game from my Library, the Hub does not add the excutable anymore, unless I do it manually.

The MSFS profile work if I activate it manually, but it fails to activate back on when I click outside the flight simulator.

This is only happening with this MSFS. My other profiles are ok.

I am not sure if it is something related to the MSFS access restriction, because the Gaming Hub is capable to add it without problem, otherwise it wouldn't add.

It might be a conflict withing the OMEN Gaming Hub files.

If someone has any idea to fix this problem, I will kindly appreciate.

Thanks

Abate
