Hello!  one of my favourite games for some reason has started doing this thing where it loads, I log into the launcher and then the loading screen appears for the game (this isn't a fullscreen loading screen) the game then should launch into full screen and show the game screen, but it doesn't. Instead, the loading screen simply vanishes and the game shows up as a background process, I have no idea how to fix it and I would really like to avoid doing system restores as I have many 50GB games installed that I really do not want to have to reinstall. 
The game is called Alicia Online and it runs through a launcher.

Yes every other game works including newly installed games, this particular game has been sitting for about a year (when it used to work) and now it doesn’t

Yeah I’ve tried contacting the game support for over a year now and they’ve not helped which is why I’m on here, id really like to fix and play the game, I don’t know why it launches as a background process and I just want to fix it
