HP Recommended

I have to reset my Win11 HP TP01 - 2165Z desktop due to discovering a virus.

(I may have to go even farther than that, but I'll see)

If I do a factory reset, does this mean that all of the HP stuff that was there when it came from the factory will be there again after I do the reset?

I'm an Old Lady and not so computer savvy (anymore), so please be nice, lol

If you truly do a factory reset using the HP image and not just plain Windows yes it will be exactly as it was from the factory.
