This is a new desktop system. I recently had Quickdrop installed an older dell windows 10 home ed. machine and a HP Envy 360 laptop with windows 11 home. It work with no issue on those machines. Is there a compatibility issue between QuickDrop and the Pro edition? Anysuggestions on how to correct this issue.

Please don't lie to me, are you sure you can install on a Dell machine ? I can install on my Dell machine BUT it won't run because it is NOT an HP machine as mentioned on the link above.
Regards.
