Radeon settings: host application

All in one desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Leaving aside the obvious, that it has something to do with the PC's processor, can someone please tell me what tf this process is and why tf it has spent the last three days since I last rebooted absolutely slaughtering my PC (i.e. consistently using between 40% and 60% of processor time)?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
