I have bought 2 desktops with same problem, took first one back after filing dispute, got case #,. sent proof of purchase and never heard anything back, so I returned for full refund while I could. Bought 2nd one 5/8/20 and hp says I only have 9 more months on warranty sent another dispute form, got another case #, I have 30 days from time of purchase to return. If I don,t hear from them in 3 weeks I will return this one too. And HP did have a lawsuit filed on them for this same thing awhile back, not sure of the outcome.
