TPM 2.0 Issue on OMEN 16-c0002np (3.93.0.5) – Call of Duty BO7 Not Recognizing

I have the SAME ISSUE I have everything set correctly but i also have 3.93.0.5  i have an OMEN30L desktop will your updated bios work for mine?  I have updated my bios 5 times tonight and HP support assistant tells me everything is up to date!

Many AMD HP PCs are having a TPM 2.0 manufacturing version problem with some games.

HP is aware of, and is working on this problem. 

BTW, it is going to take time to fix all affected AMD MBs.

You should to periodically check your HP PC's driver download site for a future BIOS update which fixes the TPM 2.0 manufacturing version problem.

Use your PC's: product number or serial number at this HP Site to check for a future BIOS update.

You may see the BIOS update you need in late November, 2025. Or the BIOS update may be available in December, 2025. I don't know. You might not see a BIOS update until 2026.

There is no quick fix to this problem.

Current HP already released new BIOS to fix the TPM, you can go to below link to download the latest BIOS OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0002np (489P5EA) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support( you can refer to below pic which mentioned the TPM update.)

When you updated TPM finished, may need reset the Pin ( link how to reset the Pin: Change or reset your PIN in Windows - Microsoft Support)
