Microsoft Windows 11

Every week for the past two years I get this same "new message" email sent from HP "Learn how to safely clean and disinfect your PC!"

Delete the email and it returns.

Save the email and it returns.

Unable to find route to HP to stop these annoying re-occurring messages.

Appreciate assistance.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are receiving emails from HP related to your PC safety.

I am sorry for the trouble and inconvenience.

Open an email from the sender you want to unsubscribe from. Next to the sender's name, tap Unsubscribe. In the pop-up, tap Unsubscribe. That should stop emails from HP.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Apology, I did not state the issue clearly.

In HP Support Assistant the email repeats in the Notification Center.

Delete and reappears.

Leave and reappears.

Same message hundred times or more.
