HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000i (1K4B7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

HP Pavilion Desktop purchased just last year.  Started losing network connection to some websites.  Ran HP Diagnostics and everything passed except for one: Realtek Gaming GbE Family Controller Wired Ping Test failed!  It seems like I can access the internet most of the time on my wireless connection but not with the wired connection.  Keep losing connection with wired.  I've always used the wired connection as it gives me faster download speeds....but no more.  If I plug it into my router, I can access some sites but lose access to websites like my AOL webmail,  my Nest.com web camera, and cannot access many other sites including HP.

Also:

My HP Support Assistant disappeared and when I go to download it and try to install, it comes up with an inability to complete installation with an Error: -2

And...

My HP Support Solutions Framework no longer works.  When I try to open the exe file, it "installs" it but when I go to try and open it, a message comes up telling me a new version of HP Support Solutions Framework is already installed.  I click OK and the message goes away but I do not have the app itself anywhere on my computer.

Are these issues all interrelated or separate issues??  How do I get my wired internet connection to work again.  I've checked the Realtek drivers, etc.  Everything is up to date.  My wired connection gave me 900+ mbps speed but my wireless connection only gives me 50 mbps.  I pay Comcast for 1200 and can't even use it.

Anyone please help!  Thanks!
