If you can get the Wi-Fi adapter to show up again, try installing the latest driver HP currently has for it:
Realtek RTL8xxx Series Wireless LAN Drivers
Version 2024.10.230.600
Even though your PC doesn't meet the W11 hardware requirements, that doesn't mean you can't install W11 on it.
However, the only way you can upgrade your PC would be to use a workaround to do an in-place upgrade to W11 which bypasses the W11 hardware checks.
If you are interested in using the method I use to do this on PCs that are not supported to run W11, please let me know.

You're very welcome.
If you want to take the PC apart, you should be able to replace/upgrade the RTL882BE card with this model:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP Part # L35282-005
Be very careful when removing and reattaching the very thin and delicate Wi-Fi card antenna wires.
Unfortunately, I cannot find any service videos or manuals for that model PC.
Otherwise, you can us a dual band USB Wi-Fi adapter.

ok, I will either get the adapter that you suggested , if you have a recommendtaion for brand please let me know. If I find a video to open my computer will get the part and carefully insert the wireless adapter into it.
Sorry my last text was unreadable. How do I work around installing windows 11?

I've already given you the part number and description for the internal Intel Wi-Fi card.
You can do a search by the HP part number on eBay and there should be plenty of them for sale.
If you are referring to a dual band USB Wi-Fi 6 adapter, this one should work:
If the Realtek Bluetooth is not working, then this model is both Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth:
Watch this video for how to bypass the W11 hardware checks so you can do an in-place upgrade from W10>W11:

I recently had this issue when I replaced my motherboard, i tried everything known to man i can tell you.
The ONLY thing that fixed it, was downloading a new iso image and reinstalling a brand new image of the OS.
I did the device manager instructions
I amended the bios, i updated the bios. I made sure wwan and wlan services were running.
I power cycled.
I reseated the card.
I reset my pc countless times using the recovery OS in the SSD.
Finally, i went to the windows site, downloaded a new ISO image, put it on usb.
Put usb in faulty pc, right clicked file, mounted it, and ran the exe.
This was the ONLY way to fix my network adapter issues.
I hope this spares you the blood, sweat and tears I went through to get my adapters back.
