Hi,

 

I was looking to connect my PS4 to my laptop but everytime I get to the login screen it doesn't allow me to log in as there is no Recaptcha to verify i'm not a robot when there should be one. I then went on the Sony website and had the same issue even though on the app on my phone allows me to log in with a Recaptcha. does anyone know if there is something i need to do to rectify this?

All I can offer is...

1. try clearing your browser cache and make sure you dont have any script blockers enabled in the browser (ie: Adblock, NoScript, uMatrix etc).

2. Try a different browser.

 

IF non of that works, you will need to contact the PS4 forums for further help. They have had issues in the past with recaptcha.
