Does any one have recovery media for product number 7XE02AA#ACJ? I really need it. Can someone share a link to download it

Hi:

 

Your PC should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this and if your PC is not working, you will need access to another Windows PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer.
