HP Pavilion 690-0040na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought an "HP Pavilion 690-0040na" from box.co.uk and tried to request a refund. They told me it's been over a month and I need to contact Microsoft. I made a complaint in the first week to box.co.uk saying that the fan is loud and it will only get louder as time goes by and they told me it's supposed to sound like that - "That sounds normal". Now, sometimes it goes so loud that you could hear it from my mic. I have also tried to get the blue rectangle on my screen removed and Microsoft couldn't solve the issue. I've tried looking everywhere for hours to solve the issue, I even tried everything that the "HP Support Agent" told me and it didn't work. If anything, it probably made the PC slower. I can't find a solution - I just give up and would like a refund.

Thanks!
