Remap Action buttons

I'm trying to remap the action keys: in particular, I want the one that bring up the Windows Notification to launch Notepad instead (similar to how the calculator launches the calculator).

I've found instructions for remapping these keys for a different HP which is going to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AppKey\

In Regedit, but the folders in that just have "(Default)" keys with no value. Is there a different location for these on the HP Pro One 440 G6 or Windows 11?
