You are welcome.

I rarely use the HPSA -- I do have it installed.

A quick check shows the Device list is provided in a similar manner to the list of devices found in your HP Account.

Open the HP Support Assistant

Click on your Account (upper right corner)

View Profile

Wait for the page to fully open --

The list will populate quickly or might take several seconds or more.

Under "Your Device Overview"

Scroll / Find the device(s) you want to review.

Click the Blue Circle-Box to remove a device from the list.

Welcome to the HP Community --

If the Settings in the HP Support Assistant do not include a Delete feature,

Try removing the unwanted device from your HP Account.

Next,

Assuming that works, Restart your computer and log in.

(Re)Check the HPSA (Support Assistant).

If the errant device is still listed,

Uninstall the HP Support Assistant application -

Restart the computer and log in

"Get" and install a new copy of the app from Download HP Support Assistant

Thanks for you reply. The PC in question is not listed in my. I suppose HP took care of it after the exchange got executed because i did not delete it from my account inventory. I followed the instructions and reinstalled the Support Assistant, same result : old PC still listed in the support assistant.

Any other suggestions as to how to get rid of it ?
