HP Pavilion 20-b314 All-in-One Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am in thr process of resetting my desktop computer to factory settings.

The problem is it's been two days of loading, stuck at 99%.

Should I force shutdown or unplug my computer? Or should I keep waiting.

I did the classic turn off and on. It worked.

@Knightshun -- does your computer's case have a lamp that lights-up whenever the disk-drive is active, i.e., to indicate that the "reset" is still working the disk-drive? If the lamp is never on, I would hold down the on/off button until the computer powers off. Then, restart it, to see if the process did complete.

Sorry but I only skimmed through your comment. My computer works now. I just turned it off and on. Thank you for replying.

It's good that the above worked for you.
