And, since your company "owned" the PC, it's most likely that HP Support will not provide you password bypass assistance ... but you would have to try on your own to confirm that. Unfortunately, due to recent Support Community policies, we are not allowed to help you with that.
An alternative would be to perform a new install of Win10 using media that you use another PC to download and create from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Since this PC was already running Win10, once you reinstall it and get online, it will contact Microsoft and they will reactivate Win10 for you.
If you want to contact HP Customer Support, that contact information is below ...
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (650) 857-1501.
