HP t610 Flexible Thin Client

I have tried and tried - I made the restore media (which is supposed to allow me to put this machine back to the way it was originally shipped).  Everything I try yields an error that I am trying to put software on the machine which is not recognized (something to that affect).  A buddy of mine who works in an IT Dept (whose entire company is HP) - told me that the BIOS holds information that is used to tell the restore process what was on it.  I go into the BIOS and press CTRL+A and go to the information about the machine (product keys, etc.) -- It is ALL BLANK.  I found some information from HP (like a bill of lading - 'as built' document) and it has some codes, etc. but I cannot get any of them to go in there.

There has to be some way to put this machine back "as it shipped".
