Power interupt crashed PC. Restore came back as Windows 8. OS was Windows 10 when it crashed. Upgraded to Windows 10 when it was offered as a free upgrade. Any way to get back to Windows 10?

How did you restore to Windows 8 ? You should be able to perform a fresh install Windows 10
(a) Use the following instructions to create Windows 10 installation media
https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
(b) Use the media to install Windows 10. During the installation process it will ask to a key, please SKIP this and continue. Windows 10 will use the key which is embedded in BIOS to activate.
Regards.
