I CANT SIGN IN TO ADVANCED SETTINGS

It is not exactly clear as to what you are meaning with "ADMINISTRATER PRIVIAGES" ( assuming that means Administrator Privileges- which refers to a Windows Administrator or master account) or "ADVANCED SETTINGS" - assuming that is in the BIOS.

Some OEM's may or may not have the BIOS unlocked to allow Advanced Settings.  As far as I know, if the AEM BIOS does not allow the advanced settings, there is no way to unlock that tab.
