Scandinavian keyboard, but character set not working

Hello,

I have HP ENVY 27 with scandinavian keyboard, but the scandinavian character set works only occationally. Most of the time characters appear to be quite random and the buttons produce characters that are not shown on the buttons...

Help me, please! How can I fix the problem?!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:

• What is the product number of your device? Refer to this document for help.
• Which country did you purchase the product from?

In the meantime, try the following steps:

This issue could be caused by an incorrect input language

Press Windows key + Spacebar to see if it switches you back to your default language.

If you add a secondary language to Windows 10 version 1803 that shares the same base language as the Windows display language, neither language can be removed.

For example: If English (United Kingdom) is the current Windows display language, and you then add English (India) to the Preferred languages list, afterward neither English (United Kingdom) nor English (India) can be removed from the Preferred languages list.
