Frequently, when dealing with service providers, it is easier to use their smartphone app to log into "My Account".  I found that to be especially true for AT&T. I also had xfinity and they were just as bad.  That being said, I will try to help with your login.

If you click on "account" does the xfinity login screen show up?  What about the password dialog box?  There is also a "Forget" button.  Do you see them all?  At what point does the problem occure?

If problem with password then their contact page is here and I see a "chat" line.

I have also called in and talked to their reps who are usually knowledgeable

What extensions, if any, did you load into your browser.  I have ."ublock origin" and it was not necessary to disable it to access the login for xfinity.   Possibly our email account was set up using a different password.  This can happen if you purchased features and they were not included in one package.  Their rep will have to help you.

Thanks for posting that screen shot.   It is possible that xfinity has problems in your location. They have a forum to ask about login problems.

I assume you are in a residential situation ie: your system is not part of a domain.

Can you access other sites?  Microsoft, Apple, etc.  Log into your online Microsoft etc account.

If you get the same error message I have read where one solution is to clear all the cookies.  That usually causes loss of passwords and other inconveniences.   I hate t say this but I would reboot windows before I would clear all my cookies.

I was unable to identify the extensions or add-ins your browse shows.  Some popup blockers are overly protective to where they are not useful.

Thanks for the help but I am unable to sign into any xfinity sites from this computer

I can sign in by using my laptop or any other computer and using the app

dose not make any sense to me thats why i'm thinking some setting got changed somehow

There is some setting causing the problem.  All I can suggested is to create another user account.  Make it local (no email login) and make it administrator.  Then log out and log in. This gives you a duplicate account but a brand new registry. Bring up Edge or whatever and see if the problem exists.  If the problem no longer exists then add extensions or and feature and determine what causes the problem if anything.

I suspect something added has caused the problem.

You can also check in the windows event viewer under the tab "Security" and look for anyting strange.  Try also system and application.  Some errors to look for are "schannel" which is attempting to make a secure connection.
