So, I'm trying to go to the System drivers and apps for my 800 G1 USDT, with Win10, build 10.0.10240. I am having issues with serial number detection. I can get the warranty, but even that has trouble with the serial number, saying it can get the warranty but not the device name/info. I really need to get into the drivers and software to see if Recovery media is still available. What is going on? Is the serial number of this PC botched somehow?

@WindowsXPguy118 -- is your computer actively running Windows 10? If so, there is a "reset my PC" app which will reinstall the original factory-installed operating system.

but just see, just go then, on the drivers page

that said, apart from the cloud recovery option for original and compatible windows 10 computers, there is often no download option for the recovery media
