Im trying to see if i can procure replacement thumb rests for my HP Photon mouse as over time the rubber thumb rests have begun to diminish. I have tried to enter the serial number in the HP support to ask this question but the serial number on the bottom of my mouse isnt recognized. [Personal Information Removed]. I tried with both a zero and an 'o' but still nothing.

I understand you are facing an issue with your Serial Number not being recognized on my HP Omen Photon Mouse. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue 

Please Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
