That error codes indicates a corrupted file.
Can you get your mail using edge, chrome or firefox?
Are you setting up Outlook (office 365) to handle mail?
Setting up "Microsoft Mail" such as included free in windows 10 or 11?
You might search for and fix any corrupted files using fsc/scannow in an administrator command prompt
