Product: HP Slimline desktop-270 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I'm helping a friend RE setup this system someone else did various things to.. I'm not able to determine what is and isnt enabled or selected correctly..the system doesn't start up correctly, sometimes going to black screen, a random screen with or without highlighted scenes, one will let you open programs one won't, the reset/reboot has no effect and when sys is completely shut down and restarted a "No Signal detected" window will appear and prompt the HP icon to sometimes start up with the sign on Or not.
I'm sure it's a simple fix, but I don't know all to change or deactivate.
