Necesito ayuda con mi hp elitebook x360 g6, acabo de actualizar a Windows 11 y ahora mi teclado físico no funciona, ya elimine la actualización y sigue igual, por favor alguien que me ayude

Entiendo tu frustración 🙏. Si tu teclado físico no responde después de la actualización, prueba primero entrar al Administrador de dispositivos y desinstalar el controlador del teclado, luego reinicia para que Windows lo reinstale automáticamente. También revisa en la BIOS si el teclado funciona allí (así descartas que sea un problema de hardware). Si no responde en BIOS, podría ser un fallo físico y lo ideal sería llevarlo a soporte técnico.
