I am using a HP ProOne 400 G6 24 All-in-One PC running on Windows 11 with 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD and 2TB HDD. Until a few weeks ago, I had no issues. However, since I found that it is taking a very long time to load certain web sites and also some images and videos from links in web pages. In fact, some do not load at all. I have searched the web for possible solutions but have not yet found one that makes the slightest bit of difference.
Some of the fixes I have tried are as follow :-
- Checked for Windows updates.
- Run various troubleshooters within Windows.
- Run a disk cleanup.
- Performed a clean boot.
- Completed a network reset.
-Disabled all startup programs except Norton 360.
- Disabled extensions on 3 browsers that I use ie. Firefox (default), Edge and Chrome.
- Defragged SSD and HDD.
-Completed internet speed tests which indicate that speed is OK.
I am only an intermediate user and the PC is now 2 years old but that should not be an issue. However, I am at a loss as to what to do next. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

I didn't notice your trying different browsers. So, if you are making the mistake of using the default MS Windows 11 browser, EDGE, that is likely the cause of all the problems. Try something else that is NOT controlled by Microsoft.
