HP 240 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I own the hp 240 g7 computer donated by my school. When I use the TouchPad to move a cursor, and press a key, the cursor stops moving. I did some research and it would apparently be the Smart Sense in the Synaptics or the Palm Touch I think

I watched tutorials, first by the mouse settings but the settings that need to be changed are invisible or unavailable. I tried by the regedit and the Synaptics folder is not present. I tried to install the driver (besides it does not have a compatible version for my computer so I tried with another version), a Synaptics folder was created in the regedit but nothing inside. I'm currently stuck on this

If someone could enlighten me on it would be very nice.
