Microsoft Windows 11

For weeks now I have been trying to download HP Smart App to my desktop. I already use it on my mobile smart phone and my Kindle Fire Pad. I searched everywhere to find out why it wouldn't download to my pc. I checked with Microsoft, and with HP Support. HP Support informed me that it was a Microsoft issue and Microsoft say they are trying to resolve the issue. However, the real reason for being unable to download the app is because I upgraded my pc from windows 10 to windows 11 and the smart app feature has been turned off in the upgrade. I am informed that, I need to do one of three things to regain the privilege (?) of the smart app feature. 1. Reset my pc. 2. Revert back to Windows 10. 3. Reinstall Windows 11. None of which are convenient for the average, ordinary user. What a swizzle! There is only one answer though - dump HP and buy a Mac instead.

Hi Elohi_NR,

Thank you for responding. I eventually recanted and did a reset of my PC. All seems to be well....so far.

Thanks again
