HP Recommended

Smartstream Designer 19.0 was working just fine about an hour ago - now when I want to output a job, the page numbers no longer displays in the imposition windows and after the output of the PDF, the PDF is not openable.

 

Upon opening an error is displayed: 

Adobe Acrobat could not open '26492BCS TAMU TechBar BroOL.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

 

To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then choose Save as Adobe PDF from the PDF dropdown in the Print dialog.

 

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both InDesign 2024 [19.5] and SmartStream Designer for ID 19.0.3 several times. Have restarted my system more times than I would like in one day. I am running Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1
