HP Recommended

I have variable data for a business creating address labels that ship to multiple locations. Our customer would like each location to be on its own press sheets. Is it possible to have SmartStream Designer automatically start a new sheet when the location changes in the data? Basically if the labels are 8up and location 1 has 15 names, I would need it to leave the last position blank and start location 2 on the next sheet.  I would adjust the data itself but its over 100,000 records and 275 locations.
