Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am a senior citizen and we have two users with two passwords on our Desktop HP PC. Also, we both have recently been getting an annoying pop window which says

" Software and Drivers can only be run by one user at a time. Please switch to the user who is currently running it and close the program." 

 

I have read the links suggested, but I must really be computer illiterate because I can not understand what to do.  Can some one please in "6th grader language", help me to "close" this program. I cannot find where it is open.

Thank you for your kind help.

HP Recommended

If both accounts are simultaneously logged-on,  then the same software is active on both accounts.

So, logoff the other account, to leave the software active only one account.
