II tried latest download and the legacy option. Followed all the suggestions from HP web and bots...Nada  Screenshot (1).png

Why are you doing the "Legacy option"?  HP PCs that come with Windows 10 already loaded are set to boot and run in UEFI mode.  If you change that to Legacy, the PC will fail.
