....Hatte bereits unter HP Community angefragt und erhielt die Antwort:
"danke für deinen Beitrag in der HP Community.

Leider kann ich dir da nicht weiterhelfen, da wir die Business Geräte nicht betreuen.

Stell doch deine Frage auch mal der HP Business Community."

Hier meine Frage: 

Nachdem ich den neuen Rechner einpaar Tage im Gebrauch habe ist es schade, das einige HP Internen Programme wohl nicht ordnungsgemäß laufen. HP Sure Click zum Beispiel ständig Meldungen im Chromebrowser.

"Die Erweiterung kann nicht mit HP Sure Click verbunden werden. Überprüfen Sie, ob eine kompatible Version von HP Sure Click installiert wurde und ausgeführt wird."

Ein Treiber und Update erledigung beim Verkäufer brachte nichts. Die Antwort von HP-Support war sehr entäuschend....

 

"Bezugnehmend auf Ihre Störungsmeldung 5034727867 empfehlen wir Ihnen Sure Click zu deaktivieren.
Falls das nicht funktioniert, sollte Betriebssystem neu installiert werden."

Da eine Deaktivierung erfolglos blieb, soll/muss ich das Betriebssystem komplett neu Installieren.... mit allen Programmen? Das ist nicht ernst gemeint ODER ?

Weiterhin lässt sich partu der Audiotreiber von Realteck nicht installieren (obwohl von HP empfohlen) Der installierte Treiber von Synaptics HD lässt sich nicht löschen.

Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen - schon jetzt ein Danke
es grüßt - barfuss
