I have "System Checkup" from Iola Technologies on my desktop. Certificate expired in 2012, I believe. Should I delete this or is it important. Should I run it?

Toot toot! My desktop is old, don't use it much. Just going through it now. I am computer dumb about these things. Actually I have 64bit, not 32 bit Windows 10. Should I just delete "system Checkup" from Iola Technologies? I assume it was a Microsoft or HP included item, I never downloaded it from anywhere.

Personal choice, and mine would be yes.
This may be worth considering.
