HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My OJ 4500 all-in-one works well running Win 7 (which apparently is no longer supported). But there are a TON of HP software products installed that may be interfering with each other since it is no longer EZ just to scan a doct. They are:

 

Doct Manager 2.0

FW Update EDO2

Imaging Device Functs 13.0

OJ 4500

Smart Web Printing 4.5

Solution Ctr 13.0 (which now fails due to missing Adobe Flash Player for IE - "access denied" err msg

Support Solutions Framework

Update ("no new updates" msg)

Product Improvement Study for OJ

 

Apparently it's time to "clean house" by eliminating unneeded and/or obsolete products. Since all i want to do is print and scan docts (no fax, etc) which of these items can SAFELY be removed (especially considering that Win 7 is no longer supported which probably means that a re-install will fail) ?  Thanx.
