You advertised a fix for tpm from 1.2 to 2.0  I need it.

Your PC doesn't even have a TPM device and in the unlikely event that it does, the TPM 1.2 security chip cannot be updated to 2.0.

 

Only the HP business class PC's on the list at the link below support such an upgrade.
