Hi i am trying to update my TPM 2.0 but its not allowing me. I've tried multiple ways but can't seem to fond a solution. I've hard reset the computer and spammed the enter button loading up which brings me to the information screen. On there everything is normal according to what google says. When I then press windows+R and type  (tmp.msc) its says im on the wrong setting. 

 

can anyone give advice?

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

It isn't a notebook its a PC

You posted your question under the notebook section (which I have moved to the applicable section of the forum) and the product number you posted is for the Windows operating system.

 

Apparently there are  posts such as this one where a BIOS update is needed to update the TPM firmware to play a certain video game.

 

Solved: Need TPM BIOS Update - HP Support Community - 9479258

 

You'll have to check your specific model PCs support page to see if a BIOS update was released to address this problem.
