I just want to provide my experience with technical support. They completely lied to me about being able to solve my problem which their diagnostic app caused. Causing me to have to factory reset my laptop completely and then when I had issues installing my necessary work applications on which I asked if they would be able to assist, again I was lied to and let down. I was lied to and insulted by management. I haven’t received any type of response to all my attempts to contact them regarding the issue that took 3 days and hours on the phone with them causing me to miss work for 3.5 days. Then I was told by management they do not read log error codes. Their techs have no background in computer technical support and I was told that they provide only basic troubleshooting and support. People pay for technical support to get technical support bc all they did was the exact troubleshooting steps I had already preformed & created more issues by factoring resetting my laptop. I resulted to coming here to possibly get a response and warn others about their technical support department as I have tried to reach out to them in every way possible and have not heard back or gotten any response
