I cant open the cd door to remove a cd that's in there.  Its stuck and the burner on the computer is also missing.  Is there any way to get that back?

@JoeJo2 -- take a close look at the front-panel of the CD/DVD device, looking for a small hole.

If you see one, straighten a paper-clip and push it into the hole, until you feel resistance.

Then, firmly push about 0.5 centimeters, and the tray should "unlock".

Then, you should try tapping the open/close button, or try to manually & gently pull the tray open.
