Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Several times a day I receive popup windows with the same message, but referring to a different application. I get this popup on a variety of applications (ex: HPUpdate.exe, AcroCEF.exe, MSEdge.exe, TaskbarController.exe, Acrobad_sl.exe, etc).

My HP desktop is only 1 year old and is powerful with tons of of RAM and disk space. These popups only started to occur 3 months ago, and I have not installed any new applications to account for this issue. I've performed a full RAM scan/inspect, ran CHKDSK /r, all W10 updates are applied, ran multiple virus scans, and have even performed a full IMAGE Restore of my C: to take me back BEFORE (about 4 months) the popups started happening. Nothing worked. I'm not sure what do next ?

Popup Example:

Microsoft.SharePoint.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)

Click OK to close the application.
